I’m a retired corporate executive with an eye for colorful, nutrient‑packed meals and a passion for healthy cooking. More than 20 years ago, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes — a moment that pushed me to rethink my lifestyle and rebuild my relationship with food. Cooking with color became the foundation of that change, improving my health and igniting a deeper passion for the kitchen.
That journey led me to study Nutrition Coaching and refine my skills at a French cooking academy, where I learned how simple techniques can protect nutrients and elevate everyday meals. Today, I bring a fun, approachable, and color‑forward style to helping others make healthy eating a sustainable part of their lives.

In my sessions and workshops I passionately discuss the amazing importance of macro, micro and phytonutrients derived from eating those plants as close to 'the ground' as possible. I'll share with you cooking techniques of applying 'gentle heat' so as not to disturb the intricate balance of those nutrients. My company specializes in teaching 'how to eat colorfully'.
