My approach is simple: when you change the colors on your plate, you change the way your body feels, heals, and performs. Color becomes the doorway into a lifestyle shift — not a restriction, not a temporary plan, but a way of living that supports long‑term wellness.

Coaching gives you a partner in that process. Someone to help you sort through the noise, understand what your body needs, and take the first steps toward a more vibrant way of eating.

How Coaching Works

Every coaching relationship begins with a free 20‑minute phone consultation. Before we talk, you’ll complete a brief five‑question intake so I can understand your goals, challenges, and what “wellness” means to you.

From there, I design a 60‑minute personalized session, delivered via Zoom or in person. Each session includes:

  • a clear focus based on your goals

  • practical, color‑based strategies you can use immediately

  • guidance on building sustainable habits

  • space to ask questions and explore what’s working

  • a written Debrief & Action Plan delivered after the session at no extra charge

Some clients prefer a single jump‑start session with a couple of follow‑ups. Others enjoy having a coach to check in with regularly as they build momentum. Both approaches work — we’ll shape the rhythm together.

Coaching Rates

  • $125 per 60‑minute session

  • Includes a personalized Debrief & Action Plan

  • Individual or small‑group coaching available (up to 3–4 people)
